| This summer we traveled with Pop for trip from
Anchorage to Copper Center, then to McCarthy and the Kennecott Mine, then to
Valdez, Whittier and back to Anchorage. |

| Sharon's busy as an ASD Librarian during the school year -
and taking professional development classes or searching for new books
stores during the summer. |
 |
| Ky's working at Envision Product Design, a manufacturer
of industrial X-ray equipment. During the 2008 summer there were only a
couple hikes, the highlight being up Peter's Hills to Long Point. Russel
and Ky are pictured to the right on Spenser Glacier last winter. |

Russel is in 5nd grade at Aquarian Charter School.
After school there has been/is scouts, basket ball, gameboy, legos,
piano, and homework.

| Heather is a Jr this year. She's
enjoying the Seminar Program at Service High (where Sharon and Ky graduated
from.) Heather lettered in Academics and Band and is active on the DDF team,
Jazz Band and Symphonic Band playing percussion.
Heather has her driver's license, but is still trying to bribe dad to let
her use it... watch out Anchorage!
